01Data we collect

Through the contact form: your name, email address, company name (optional), and the content of your enquiry.

For security: your IP address and the result and technical data of the Google reCAPTCHA check.

02Purposes and legal basis

We use the data to answer your enquiry, prepare an offer and, where relevant, take pre-contractual steps. The legal bases are consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Preventing spam and abuse is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f)). If you do not provide the required data, we cannot respond to your enquiry.

03Who receives the data?

Access is limited to authorised persons and, where necessary, the website’s technical administrator ITABIKS.

We use Microsoft 365 to deliver email and Google reCAPTCHA to protect the form. We do not sell your data or use contact details for unsolicited marketing.

04International transfers

Microsoft and Google may process technical data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, safeguards required by Chapter V of the GDPR are used, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

05Retention

We generally retain enquiries for up to 24 months after the last communication. Data may be kept longer where required by law or necessary for legal claims.

The IP address is held in server memory for up to 15 minutes for form rate limiting. Google retains reCAPTCHA data under its own terms.

06Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, object to processing and receive portable data where the applicable conditions are met.

You may withdraw consent at any time by email. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. We generally respond within one month.

07Automated security check

reCAPTCHA automatically assesses the risk of form abuse. A low score may prevent submission, but it has no legal or similarly significant effect on you. You can instead contact us by email or telephone.
